Our dreams are a world with no limits.  We can fly, swim underwater, and communicate with animals.  Their language is accessed through images, puns, metaphors, archetypes, themes, story, and humor.  Their message is always in the interest of your wholeness.  Yes, even nightmares!!

In dreams we are invited to a deeper knowledge of ourselves and our place in the world.  Navigating their multiple levels of meaning is most richly and effectively done in a group, although you, the dreamer, are always the ultimate authority!

In the dream group experience, you will gain insight into your  dreams and your life through the projective process.

Start a dream journal, record some dreams or dream fragments, and explore the Wisdom of Your Dreams with other dreamers.

You will learn about:

· Six guidelines of dream interpretation

· Types of dreams

· Techniques to improve dream recall

· Intentional and lucid dreaming

· The message of nightmares

· Dreams as an avenue to your deeper Self

For this mixed group, I have teamed up with a new

arrival in Portland, Adam Muir Heifetz, MA.  As a PhD candidate in Transpersonal Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in California and an experienced dream worker, he brings a masculine wisdom to our work together.
