Spiritual Direction is an ancient tradition that has experienced a revival in recent years.  Many years ago when I was wading my way through a spiritual crisis, a friend suggested I find a spiritual director.  It was a gift in two important ways.

First, my meetings with my spiritual director helped me find my spiritual ground.  Second, I discovered my calling. 

I have been a Spiritual Director since 1999. My work is inclusive, interfaith, and welcoming.  In addition to meditation and prayer, my listening with you may include the wisdom of your dreams, your Enneagram, your Myers-Briggs type, and Bio-Spiritual Focusing.  It is a privilege to listen and witness the sacred story of your journey toward wholeness. 

I can meet with you in Portland or Vancouver or via Skype.  (Isn’t technology amazing!)   Ask about my sliding scale fee schedule.

Supervision:

Supervision is for consultation and the opportunity to become aware of obstacles to professional clarity so that we can be effective helping clients transform their lives. I offer supervision for Spiritual Directors individually and in small groups.
